What is Tele Bantuan?
Tele Bantuan is our 24/7 emergency car assistance program provided to all our eligible participants with a Comprehensive Private Motor Takaful* coverage.
What is covered under Tele Bantuan?
Breakdown
If your vehicle experiences a breakdown, you are entitled to the following services:
24/7 Minor Roadside Repair
Our Tele Bantuan provider will assist and repair the vehicle on the roadside. Minor roadside repairs are those that can be done on the spot. E.g. jump-start services, change of battery or tires, emergency delivery of petrol and/or minor wiring work.
24/7 Towing Service
If your vehicle cannot be repaired on the spot, our Tele Bantuan provider will provide towing service to Takaful Malaysia’s panel workshop.
You are covered for the labour cost and towing fee up to a maximum of RM300 per year. All other costs incurred including replacement of vehicle spare parts and road toll charges, if any, will be borne by you.
Accident
If your vehicle meets with an accident, our Tele Bantuan provider will provide free towing service up to a maximum of RM200 to the nearest Takaful Malaysia’s panel workshop.

Takaful MyMotor
Takaful myMotor provides cover to your vehicle against loss or damage as well as third party legal liabilities.
There are 2 types to choose from:
Comprehensive Cover
The benefit will be paid for loss, or damage to the own vehicle due to accidents, theft or accidental fire. To purchase online, please click here.
Third Party Cover
A benefit will be paid in the event of death, or body injury against liabilities to the 3rd party, and damages to 3rd party vehicles, or property caused by your own car. This cover is not available online.
For a greater protection, you may also opt for additional coverage of the following:
